At Ethnic Souq, we take special care in ensuring that your products are delivered to you in the best condition and on time by partnering only with couriers companies of repute.
1. Shipping on all orders in India above Rs 500/- are free of charges. Orders less than Rs 500/- will carry a flat rate of Rs 75/-. Any shipping on Cash on Delivery ( COD ), there will be additional charges of Rs 60/-per order.
2. For International Customers, we have put fixed charges depending on the country. Any variation depending on the weight and city will be notified to the customer directly and customer has to pay that variation amount.
3.Shipping time for each product is different. Please check the delivery time on the product page while placing the order.
4. Our courier partners deliver on working days, excluding Public Holidays.
5. You will be notified by email as and when your product is dispatched from our warehouse.

● Most of the orders are shipped directly from NCR Delhi .
● Shipping address refers to where the product has to be shipped and therefore you are requested to mention your complete address with a working phone number.
● Billing address refers to the address where a customer receives their credit card bills.
